BLACKBERRY BEE GUT SUPPORTIVE SMOOTHIE

Let me show you how to feed your gut and enjoy a delicious daily smoothie that tastes just like a blackberry pie with a nutritional punch! To make this gut supportive, I’ve added fibre and antioxidant rich blackberries, mineral rich bee pollen, well sourced collagen and probiotic coconut yoghurt.

BLACKBERRY BEE SMOOTHIE

  • 150ml Milk of choice

  • 100g Frozen Blackberries

  • 1/2 Small Banana

  • 2 TBSP Collagen

  • 1 tsp Tahini

  • 1 heaped tsp Cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp of Coconut Yoghurt (with live cultures if you can find one!)

Blend everything together and top with raw bee pollen for a micronutrient rich boost!
