MISO, GINGER & FIVE SPICE SALMON
There’s a reason why salmon is such a popular meal choice for your stomach healing era…you’ll get gut soothing anti-inflammatory benefits and a protein (think, amino acids to build back up the gut lining), and it’s usually easy to digest, plus, it’s delicious!
INGREDIENTS
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 inch ginger, peeled and grated
1/2 tbsp white miso paste
1/2 tsp five spice powder
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tbsp runny honey
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Mix all of the ingredients together, coat your salmon, and oven cook as normal.

Serve with rice or noodles, and vegetables, like asian greens, shredded raw red cabbage, and asparagus. Top with green onions, and (optional) hot sauce!
