NUTRITION optimisation
If you want to entirely move away from elimination diets and restrictive eating habits then you are in the right place.
We will start with a 5-day food observation which allows us to get a closer look at any potential nutritional imbalances and identify where to optimise your diet based on your current needs.
I help you with HOW to introduce supportive nutrients into your diet with the intention of guiding your gut health to the best it has ever been.
STRESS resilience
I’m sure you have heard the phrase “You can’t heal in the same environment that made you sick”. Our bodies face stress daily (and that is totally ok!) and what harms the gut is unchecked chronic stress which contributes to a breakdown in the digestive process and all those annoying symptoms, such as reflux, acne and constipation!
Stress can look different for everyone - an overburdened liver (poor detoxification), lack of good sleep hygiene, irregular meal timings, mineral & electrolyte depletion/imbalance, not eating enough of the raw nutrients the cells need to function optimally, impaired gut barrier or an underlining gut infection.
Together, we will identify ways to help you manage stress holistically to support your energy and overall mood.

Before our 50 minute health consultation call, I’ll share a detailed questionnaire and food analysis with you to get a deeper understanding of where you are at with your current health goals and where you would like to be.
50 MINUTE HEALTH CONSULTATION
We have a 50 minute zoom call where you get to completely focus on you as we talk through your health history and discuss strategies that are relevant to your goals; nutrition, building nourishing meals, cooking, grocery shopping, lifestyle habits/patterns, stress management and movement. You will receive personalised coaching and a written follow up.
10% discounted rate add on calls
After the initial 50-minute call, you have the option to continue with 50 minute check-in calls for ongoing personalised support, questions and accountability around your health and nutrition goals.
